In a shocking allegation, a young man is accused of terrorizing his neighbors with the single-minded goal of becoming famous on TikTok. Video shows 18-year-old Zachary Latham, a New Jersey National Guardsman, went viral after posting videos of him harassing his neighbors, the Durham family - taunting and harassing them. When husband Timmy Durham went to confront Latham, saying he nearly ran one of their kids over, the exchange allegedly ended with Latham stabbing 52-year-old Timmy to death.
