YUNGBLUD is making some changes... to his appearance that is.
From wearing dresses to switching up his hair color, YUNGBLUD is known for not caring about gender norms or what is “normal” and he pulls it off effortlessly.
On Thursday (March 5), Dom said goodbye to his burgundy hair and debuted pink and blue hair on Instagram and I'm about to run to the store to buy some hair dye to match.
“im a unicorn,” he captioned the photo of his new look alongside what seems to be his inspiration: Trix Yogurt. Talk about a throwback.
Fans, naturally, couldn't get enough of the new look and flocked to his comments to send love. “PLEASE PLEASE shoot the album cover with your hair looking like this,” one fan begged (I second this!). “Out here looking like my favorite flavor of Trix yogurt,” another said. While many wrote the new hair colors looked like the late Lil Peep's iconic hair.
Other fans applauded Dom (who has said he is fluid) for representing the bi community with his hair. “your hair said: bisexual rights and i love that,” one fan tweeted.
Here's hoping the new hair marks the start of a new YUNGBLUD era as his album is set to drop this summer.
The “Original Me” singer basically hinted at the new unicorn hair change a few days prior when he tweeted, “nothin says “f*** you more than a unicorn” — so take that as you will!
If you wanna see the new hair IRL, YUNGBLUD is heading out on tour starting next month.
